At last, some news.

Hi "my students"!!!!!

It's been a long time since the last time I wrote, so sorry.
As you can imagine, I've been very busy with my new job, learning a lot, trying to do loads of things at the same time, ufffff! I usually finish my day really tired as I spend long hours working with the computer, so, I don't feel like switching it on at home again.
But despite the tiredness, due to commuting everyday, I'm happy doing different things, meeting new lovely people and learning a lot about me and my skills. It's like a challenge!
I use your presents, teacher's kit, everyday, so, it's very easy to remember you. I'm eager to use the cushion for the plain, maybe I won't need to wait so much because ... I'm going to join the expedition to Australia!!!!!!
I'd like to congratulate, not only the two winners but all the candidates as I know all of you did a great job in your interviews. The simple fact that you have prepared it, looking forward to travelling to Melbourne to live a challenging experience, makes me feel very proud of you. I wish all of you could travel with us.
Jesús and me are also excited with this trip. I'm sureit will be an amazing experience for all of us.
I know you are taking your exams these days and studing a lot, ejem ejem :) . Good luck and enjoy the deserve break!

CHOSING THE RIGHT READER (ESO 3 STUDENTS)

Hello students in ESO 3A and B!

As I've already told you in class, this term you'll have to read at least one reader for my class. In order to chose one that is suitable for your level of English, you should take a level test here.

There are several test at each level. I recommend that you start by taking the first test at levels 2 or 3. If your score in the test is 18 or above (the answer keys are also available at the link above) try the next level, if not, you should chose a title at that level.
Please, take the tests during this week so that you can tell me your levels by Friday.

Happy new year to all of you!!!!!!

Just before my new adventure starts, I’d like to wish you all the best for the new year which will start full of changes for all of us such as a new job, a new teacher, new responsibilities … but remember, everything will be easier for all of us if we stop missing the past and look at the new year with happiness and confidence.

Looking at the bright side of life, that’s the clue as happiness doesn’t depend on the circumstances around you but on your attitude towards them.

Hope I have good news about you, your studies and your behaviour (ejem! teachers included hahahahaha)

As everything is not bad, you’ll have a new friend to take care of, please be as kind as you can (ejem ejem!). I’m impatient to see her adventures with you.
