How to create a DOSSIER on your COUNTRY

This is the worksheet to start your dossier.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.       Decide if you prefer a digital dossier or on paper.
2.       Just complete the worksheet with the information required.
3.       Be clean and neat.
4.       You can add some pictures.

 STEP ONE

1.       Which country have you chosen?
2.       Why?
3.       Look for a map of this country in its continent

 STEP TWO: THE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

4.       Look for a physical map of your country 
5.       Write the geographical coordinates of  the capital and another important city.
6.       Caculate the distance between them using the scale
7.      Relief
a.      Mountain ranges and peaks (Indicate the highest one)
b.      Plains and plateaus
c.      Basins
d.      Deserts
e.      Volcanoes
f.       Earthquakes
g.      Coastal features:  capes, gulfs and peninsulas
h.      Islands
8.       Water
a.      Oceans and seas
b.      Main rivers and their features (flow regime, uses)
c.      Lakes
d.      Underwater
e.      Dams, reservoirs
9.       Climate and landscape

b.      Find the temperature and precipitation figures of the capital of your country
c.      Make the climogram of the capital and comment it
d.      Which kind of climate/s  is/are there in this country?

Back To School

Hey everyone :)

I just want to say good luck to you all starting back at school this year. I wish I was there again with you all. I miss you so much!!!!

I hope you've all had an amazing summer, but now it's time for you to start working hard and studying again. I will be doing the same when I go back to university next week.

So work hard, study hard, but also have a bit of fun.

Adios Fernando Zobel

Hey everyone :)

It's now my last day in Cuenca, and I just want to say thank you all for welcoming me to Fernando Zobel this year. I've enjoyed meeting you all, and making lovely memories together. Thank you for my surprise party last week, it was lovely to see you all together and the cake was amazing :)

I want to wish you all Good Luck in all your exams this year and every other year at school. I know you'll all work hard and do well :) Good Luck after school with whatever you decide to do. in your life.

I'm going to miss you all very much, but you will always be in my heart. I love you lots!! <3
